Product delivery time
We will send the products to the address you indicated on the order form within 7 days of receiving your order. Normally, orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.

Next-day Shipping
We currently do not offer next-day shipping service.

The delivery time varies for each product depending on the stock status, order status, and other factors. Please check each product detail page.
If you order in-stock items: Delivery is expected to take 2-4 business days, including the date of order. However, if the item is out of stock after the order is placed, it will take a little longer. In that case, we will notify you by e-mail.

However, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer and New Year vacations, and our company holidays.
For pre-order items: We will ship as soon as the item is in stock. We plan to deliver the product within 2 to 4 days including the release date.

If the product is not in stock, we will order it from the distributor or the manufacturer. The number of days required for procurement varies depending on the product, so we cannot determine the number of days required for procurement. We will ship the product as soon as it is in stock. Return Policy
We will exchange items if there are obvious defects such as missing or incomplete pages. We purchase items from our suppliers in good condition, but there may be cases where items are delivered with some damage to the cover or packaging. As long as there is no major damage to the exterior or inside of the merchandise, these items may be sold. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
