Prices on MakoStars Store are indicated as the total price of the product, including the main price of the product and consumption tax.

The types of prices are as follows
Normal price: The normal selling price at MakoStars Store.
Reference retail price: The retail price set by the publisher, distributor, etc.

Cost other than the price of the products
Customers paying by bank transfer will pay bank transfer fees.

Shipping Fees
All products on MakoStars Store are currently shipped free of charge.

    Method and timing of payment
    Customers who have selected credit card payment as their payment method should enter their credit card information. If you use a credit card, payment will be made according to the credit card company's policy.  Invoice payments are due 15 days after the issue of invoice by MakoStars.

    Estimated delivery date and time
    MakoStars will normally send an order the next business day after confirmation of payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays and our company holidays.

    We will send the products to the address you indicated on the order form. In some cases, orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. However, if the product is out of stock after the order is placed, it will take a little longer. In that case, we will notify you by e-mail.

    Please note that orders may be canceled for the following reasons, regardless of the indication.

    • When there is stain or damage on the product.
    • When the number of orders exceeds the inventory of the product.
    • For other reasons not listed above.

    MakoStars will use Japan Post Office and Yamato Transport to ship domestic orders. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic conditions, service conditions of our transportation partners, etc...

    We currently do not offer next-day shipping service.

    Return Policy
    We will exchange items if there are obvious defects such as missing or incomplete pages. We purchase items from our suppliers in good condition, but there may be cases where items are delivered with some damage to the cover or packaging. As long as there is no major damage to the exterior or inside of the merchandise, these items may be sold. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

    Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons. 

    • The cover of the product is slightly damaged or slightly bent.
    • Minor scratches on the product, etc.
    • If it has been more than 30 days since the product arrived
    • If the product is dirty, damaged, or malfunctioning due to the customer's negligence.
    • If a large quantity of the same or equivalent product has been purchased.
    • After the product has been shipped due to the customer's reason (wrong order, not satisfied with the product, etc.).
    • We also do not accept exchanges for products that are different from the original purchase.

    MakoStars will be responsible for return shipping fees only in the following cases:

    • Different product or quantity from what customer ordered.
    • Severe damage to the product during shipping process

    In any other instance, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to deliver by shipping firm due to incorrect address, not accepting delivery.
    • Failure to receive product by the storage deadline set by shipping transportation firm.
    • Order cancellation after product has shipped.
    • Customer's own reason.
